White Rock Brewing Co. is an award-winning craft brewery and taproom in West Dallas, founded in 2017 by Greg Nixon and Dave Kirk. Winners of a 2023 World Beer Cup Silver Medal and 2022 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal, they brew a range of styles from their flagship Big Thicket Blonde and IPO IPA to Belgian Quads and honey wheats. The taproom features a covered patio, dog-friendly beer garden, and food menu.
